Role: Design, programming, art, writing — everything
You are at a house party. You don't know anybody. But somewhere in this house, legend tells of a very good puppo — and the clock is ticking.
Pet the Pup at the Party started as a small personal project about social anxiety dressed up as a game mechanic. The loop is simple: navigate awkward small talk, find the dog, feel better. It turned out a lot of people recognized that feeling.
The game was covered by Polygon, Kotaku, The Verge, Waypoint, Mashable, and Destructoid, and was later featured as part of the V&A Museum's Friday Late series in London. It's also available on itch.io, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation.
